Message states "damaged SD card", or "SD card removed". 32 GB high speed Lexar SD card works fine in card reader. Confirmed card is OK with Koodoo rep at store. Any suggestions?

Card initially did work but had intermittent messages "SD card removed". Card will work briefly when formatted on computer but error messages appear shortly after.

First, I'd make sure that the card is properly formatted. It should be formatted VFAT or exFAT. Do not use NTFS.

Next, make sure the card is securely inserted into the slot. It;s possible that the contacts are not making sufficient contact resulting in the errors messages that you see.

Also, try turning off your phone, removing the battery then carefully putting in the SD card. Re-insert the battery then restart your phone.

Have you tried other SD cards in your phone?

It could be the sd card slot is damaged, the sd is damaged or there are broken files in the sd (highly unlikely has happened to me on my pc though :( )
