Need help! Just got a Samsung Galaxy Ace II. I cannot connect to my wifi. My laptop connects just fine, but not the phone. I think the problem is obtaining IP address. (I tried with my KOBO as well and same issue, it gets stuck at Obtaining IP address...) I did some research and people keep saying to check off USE Static IP but this option does not seem to exist on the phone! Please help! LOL Thanks!

There might be a simple solution, Eleni... try rebooting your router :) Sometimes these things hog the IP addresses and a reboot will release one for your phone :)

Ack! I'm at a loss then... I hope someone else will be able to help you... I'm not quite that technical when it comes to routers and WiFi :(

Hey Eleni!

If you still have issues connecting to your Wi-Fi, please give a call to a tech by dialing 1-866-995-6636 (option #6) from a landline. They’ll be able to perform a complete troubleshooting with your Koodo phone. You may also have to contact your Internet provider.

Thanks.
