Samsung email/app problem

Just wondering how to Sync my emails/accounts? When I try to add a Samsung App it said accounts not synced. It then tells me to check my email and verify Samsung account. I HAVE NO EMAIL FROM SAMSUNG TO VERIFY. How do I fix this as I can't add any apps to my Samsung Ace Phone. Thanks

Now as well my name is coming up as Courtney Adams and that's NOT my name. Thanks Michelle M???? How do I fix all this?

Create an alternate account to send the Samsung verification emails to. For example you could create a Google account. (@gmail.com)
