Samsung S8 plus Shipment Delay

Hey guys,

I ordered samsung galaxy s8 plus on thursday & it hasn't been shipped yet. Webstore hasn't been very helpful, yesterday they said that warehouse doesn't have shipping labels & today they said warehouse is not picking up calls or responding to emails.

Can anyone suggest if this is normal for shipment or an actual delay?, I am curious as I have sold my current phone & waiting for this very eagerly.

Hi Baljit, did you order the Black or the Orchid Grey S8+? If you ordered the Orchid grey model it says on the site under the picture of the phone that the phone won't ship for 2-3 weeks and the black model won't ship for 1-2 weeks.

Hey Paul,

Thanks for replying. I ordered black model & I see that now but when I had ordered I think I never saw this notice of not being shipped for such weeks.

But may be I am wrong.
