Hey i have had an S5 Neo for a while now and the volume when talking to someone is really low. Is there any way to increase the volume? I tried the Adapt sound but it didnt really seem to work unless you have headphones connected. :/

So even with the volume maxed out in settings it's still really low?

yea, when I am talking to someone its really low, especially on speaker phone. The ringtone is fine but its just talking to someone. My boss has the same phone and he is finding the same issue.

I don't believe that it is normal for the neo S5 to be so quiet though it could very well be just a quiet phone. Otherwise it is something you should take advantage of the warranty for.

Have you tried increasing the call volume while on an active call? The in-call volume setting is hidden from the rest of the volume settings. When you're on an active call, you can adjust the call volume with the dedicated volume keys on the side of your device. Also, while on a call and with the dialpad hidden, a menu should appear on screen which allows you to select the option, 'extra volume'.

Dialing 611 will allow you to adjust the in-call volume to your liking, without incurring any charges. Keep us posted and let us know if this works or not.

Ah yes that would be a good idea to check as well.

I am not sure how the in-call volume works but I did try it and it seems to be a little better. I did know about the extra volume button. Thank you for the help!
