The data and multimedia messaging are not working on my phone. All the settings are correct to allow for data, my bill is paid, the data has not been working since February 4th. Even the tiny increments my operating system used have stopped. I have a Google Nexus S with Android version 4.1.2.

I have had this phone and this plan for years and the data and multimedia messaging used to work fine. At first I thought it may have been something needing to be updated in my phone, but everything is up to date. The wifi and regular messaging work fine.

Hi Ariana,

Is your data working again? If you already powered the phone off/on and checked if everything on your phone was set up properly, data might be blocked at your account level. You can give us a call from another phone at 1-866-995-6636 and we will verify for you.

thanks :)
