The phone needs to have Band 4 (1700/2100 MHz) for LTE to work with Koodo. Band 4 is missing from your phone.

Are you saying that this phone will not work with Koodo LTE?

From what I can see here it has LTE band 1(2100), 3(1800), 5(850), 7(2600).

It does not have Band 4 1700/2100 MHz.

It does connect to LTE since I could see the LTE display on the top right, then it should work, correct?

Thank you for your reply.

Yes, Band 4 is not supported.

I was hoping it would work since it could connect to LTE network.

Too bad.. I really like this phone :(

Thank you for your time, rikkster.

You're welcome, Phong Ta. Unfortunately, the LTE frequencies listed are for another country, presumably China. LTE frequencies there are not compatible with Koodo's LTE frequencies here.

IT cant be added. The phone comes capable on certain networks. If it doesnt have it built in., you will need a new phone. Also , just because it shows LTE< doesnt mean you will be on it and getting signal.
