Samsung Galaxy S3- Replace issue

Hello everyone, so I just got a Samsung Galaxy S3 not even a month ago (less than 30 days), and the original battery kept dying on me. So I went to a koodo shop and they ordered in another battery for me. The new one was good for the first day or so, and then it started to die on me as well. So then again, I went to the shop and they told me it could be the phone's issue. In order to replace it, I will need the original phone box and everything with it. However, this is where the issue comes in for me, my box and everything is left at home (which is 4 hours away from where I live currently),so I got my parents to mail the box and contract, everything to me. With just my luck, the delivery company actually lost my package and now I don't have the original box nor the contract or anything. And now this phone is getting worst and worst, and I don't know what to do!! Is there any way to get this phone replace from koodo even without the original phone box?? Please help out!!

You should try your luck at Samsung and see what they have to offer. When I called they replaced my phone without anything of what you mentionned.

I would hold the accountability on the delivery company. Who's to say there wasnt an actual phone in the box
