Samsung Core Lite on Rogers...switched to Koodo at The Mobile Store ...sim card changed but no unlocking code received...now no service

I signed up for Koodo thru The Mobile Store at Super Store kiosk ...the Rogers sim card was switched to Koodo Sim card today but no unlocking code was given to me as promised by the person who helped me...I was told I'd be called in an hour...now I have no working cell phone......

Have you put your rogers sim back in and checked your voice mail from rogers? If that does not work I'd go back to the store that did the switch

We don't unlock other carriers's phone Jana. As per Darlene's suggestion you should really talk to the person at The Mobile Shop about that.
