Samsung 3 issues

My Wife and I both are using the Samsung 3 phones but lately we aren't to happy with them, between freezing up all the time and the issue with the screen flashing while your trying to use the keypad? You get asked to input your pin number or credit card info and the damn screen keeps flashing on an off and then the service gets disconnected>???

Get a new phone.

Why would a phone ask for you credit card info? Are you sure there isn't some Android virus on it?

Phone didn't ask me for credit card information but when you go to input info when paying a bill etc the stupid screen keeps flashing...????

If they're within the 1 year warranty period, you can send them in to get fixed. Have you guys tried restarting your phones/removing your battery putting it back in. Do you have the latest operating system? Check for updates in your settings and if there are, install them. If the problem persists after this and you're outside your warranty period, you pretty much have to buy new phones then.

Hi Brad,

After you try Ahmad’s amazing suggestions, you could attempt a reset of your phone as a last recourse. 

Go to Apps > Tap Settings > Tap Back up and reset > Factory data reset and then tap reset device > Tap Erase Everything

All your info will be erased so make sure you do a backup of your phone before.
