It's a restricted mode of your device that is meant to allow only the core functions in case usually of some kind of malware or defective program screwing up your phone that isn't easy or able to be removed or fixed in regular mode.

If you got into safe mode by accident, a simple restart should get you back to normal.

I will try that.
It still says Safe Mode enabled.  I tapped to disable and waiting for it to restart and it is still there

So you restarted the phone manually and it still loaded in safe mode?

Ok shut off your phone, and hold power and up volume key u til thescreen comes on. That should make it load normally if it's stuck in safe mode.
