s5 neo android 6.0.1 how to change data cycle dates

I have searched the manual, here, and the internet without success.    Several solutions suggest things I [due to lack of knowledge and/or wrong operating system] can not make work.   Very frustrating that something should be straight forward appears to be impossible to a novice.

One would think clicking on the current cycle would lead to an option to change the dates but it does not.

Any help that can get me to solve this problem would be very appreciated.

Does this video help?  I don't have the phone myself.

Thank you once again.  I  did come across that video before posting but the initial screen was/is for a different OS. I did turn data on but did not see what I needed to continue so moved onto other suggestions eventually posting here.    Since your suggestion was the only one, I had another look.    The screen still was different BUT the required next step was found lower down the page, still different screen/view but I was able to find and do what I needed to do.

Another problem solved with your help, thank you very much.

Care to post the additional steps you took so it might be useful to others?

Here goes

1. turn wifi on to attempt to not use data

2. tap data on

3. tap set data limit on

4. set/change data limit  (even if it means ending up with what you had?)

5. tap current cycle

6.  change cycle should be available

8. tap above and set new start date

hope that works for those in the need
