I lost my grandmother this past Thanksgiving long weekend. In her final days, she called and left me a voicemail that I didn't hear until the day of her funeral. I've been going in and resaving it until I was able to get myself an audio cord to connect to and record/save it on my laptop. I thought I had at least one, maybe two days to re-save the message. :(

I finally was able to buy myself a cord yesterday. This morning... The message is gone.

Option 19 is for "deleted and EXPIRED messages". Why the heck wouldn't it include the SAVED voicemail messages?

To be honest, knowing I will never hear the voice of the woman who raised me ever again, It's like losing her all over again.

I'm sorry you lost your grandmother. When was the last time you resaved the message? According to this page https://www.koodomobile.com/help/voicemail?_ga=2.265741903.1506283145.1513558805-1782964326.15130063... messages are saved for 10 days... I'm not entirely sure though what would happen with older messages that are resaved.

I was going in once a week and saving it over again. unfortunately I must have let life distract me, as I thought I still had at least one more day before the 10 days was up.

That's heartbreaking indeed Sarah, sorry you lost that precious message. Unfortunately once gone, there is no way Koodo can get it back (unless there is a court order, but sadly that doesn't apply here).
