Rogers/Fido customers cannot call me.

Everytime a Fido or Rogers customer want to call me they get the message: "The number you have called is not assigned, please check the number and try to call it again."

My wife got a Fido and she never succeeds call me. I would like to know what should I do to fix this problem.

PS.: I can call to any Rogers/Fido numbers. But they cannot call me.

PS.2: I have an unlocked iPhone 5 and a pre-paid Koodo plan.

It's a new number, got it from Koodo. I got it 1 month ago.

Are the callers using the whole number, including the area code? If they are, you can call our Tech support team so they can look into it.

If you can, try calling 1-866-995-6636 option #6 from a landline.

If your number is (514) 123-4567, try dialing from Fido (spaces just added for clarity)

1 514 123 4567 or just plain
514 123 4567

Some carriers demand the "1" prepend, others will fail with it included.
