This is what my phone looks like every single day.

I wish the carriers would step up their security and let us block these things at a carrier level. No call blocker is working for me and manual call blocking not successful to say the least.

Have you had the number long? The only option other than blocking is to change your number Unfourtunatley. You can also wait it out usually it stops after a few weeks,
My Samsung auto detects spam calls I'm not sure if it's blocking them after detected and I reject the call but it happened for a couple weeks and then hasn't since. When they use a different number all the time it's pretty impossible to block by the number however even from a carrier end.

You can download apps to block by area code since it seems like they are using the same ones.

Which app allows this as that would be great. I don’t need calls from Burundi hitting my phone all hours of the day.

You'll want to block with the "numbers that start with" function.

Changing my number is not an option. Some of the good call blocking apps and services are only available in the US.

Thanks everyone just catching up with replies here. These numbers change every day! That’s just one screenshot. Sometimes I will get at least one call every hour of every day! It’s insane as I can’t even use my phone sometimes without an incoming call coming in. I’ve used my s8+ with the built in HiYa to help in the past but my wife’s phone died and I’m back on iPhone and it’s native call blocking really sucks. I installed Mr. Number which helps but it still lets the phone ring at least once. Thank goodness for night mode and silent ringing , but the world really needs to crack down on these PoS scumbags and the carriers aren’t doing much to give us tools to block these calls. For example, couldn’t the mighty Telus allow us to block all calls that aren’t originating from North America ? Or block all calls from Seychelles, Somalia, Burundi, or Sierra Leone or wherever the hell else these guys and gals are sending the CRA from! :-p

Try this
https://itunes.apple.com/app/wideprotect/id1171024059

You should be able to block by area code with this app

Holy crap. That is extreme. If you don't answer, do they leave a voicemail?

No. Sometimes I try to answer so I can rack up their bill and blast death metal on the speakers but their calls never connect or leave voicemails. The WideProtect is now locked and loaded. Let’s see how it does.

In case anyone else has this problem, here is a review of the app Denis recommended on life hacker.
