Confirmation for roaming package - I need confirmation of a online purchase of a Mexico roaming package. How is confirmation sent? Is there a way for me to check that it's gone through.

You should get a text back once it's can check your add ons in self serve to see if it's on your account.

It's not on your account Sarah. What do you mean by an "online purchase"? The roaming add-on are purchased via texting to a code or via your Koodo app only.
