I just added the $30 add on for US Unld min/sms $30 10day . When I make a call to Canada my phone says that there is roaming charges. Why do I get this display when I paid for the add on?

Not sure, best to double check the US roaming package is in effect. Call 611 from your phone to speak to a rep about it.

I think that message is already programmed on your phone like when you make long distance calls within Canada( long distance charge may apply...)
Phone doesn't know what plan or add-ons you have that's why you see/hear this message.
Make sure your US roaming package is in effect as Cameron say, and you should be good.

You can log into your self serve anc check your plan & add-ons to confirm you have the roaming package subscribed. If so then dont worry about it.

Also when you subscribed to the add-on you should have gotten a confirmation email.

Usually this happens when you dind't dial the number proprely so the cellphone redirects the call, therefore warning you that there may be roaming charges. But if you have the add-on there should be no problem!
