Could have just been a glitch. Wait and see until if you're actually charged and then you can send a private message to Koodo via Facebook Messenger or DM via Twitter explaining what happened and it'll be fixed.
Hi Bruce, When you added easyroam through text (to 7626) you properly received 1 add-on easyroam. However, If you haven't got the international roaming in your account, You would be automatically added "International Data Roaming" and "
International Voice Roaming".
Those extra 2 add-ons are needed for easyroam to work.
I don't think you will be charged $27, just $7/day for us roaming
