The information on your website is not clear, Maybe you should update so people do not have to ask all these questions. Here is a question: When traveling to Europe, is all of Europe treated as local or are there any LD charges to call a phone number neighboring country?  Do we have to enter the country code to make calls to phone number in the country you are in?

As you'll be roaming with your Canadian number, you do need to enter the full number (i.e. +, then country code and the rest). Roaming rates vary according to zones. If the country you're calling is in the same rate zone, no additional charges apply). All of Europe is Zone 1, except for Russia and Finland.
