Reward$ 50

I referred a friend and supposed to rewarded $50 on my account. I recieved a email it said my account was credited $50 on Dec 09 2017 but I dont see any $50 on my account and I still have to pay exactly monthly payment without discount.

It can take 6 weeks or maybe even more to pop up. If you don't see it in your next bill then I'd come back here again to mention it.
It's been 2 months and a half. Sorry Actually I recieved the email on November 09.

You could contact Koodo directly (call/facebook) and ask them to track down the credit.
I would suggest  sending a message to their facebook, they will respond and you don't have to wait on the phone.

Calling Koodo won't solve anything. I'd say your best bet is to contact the referral department : https://referafriend.koodomobile.com/common/contact.pg
Now it's getting funny when I fill my registered email on the form it said the user could not be found in the system, even though I use this email every month to pay the bill and they sent the rewarded email to me on this email. I've checked many times to make sure that I havent type it wrong.
