Reversing data charges?

I purchased a phone on December 9th, and on my current bill, I have been charged $15.00 for data usage. According to the times listed, these charges happened while the salesperson was setting up my phone, and before I had even left the booth. I do not have a data plan with Koodo, and have never used any in the past because of this. Is there any way for me to get these charges reversed? Thanks.

Hi Andrew - I looked at your account and saw that the data charge indeed corresponded with when you upgraded to your new phone. The charge has been credited and your updated balance should reflect this. I've also flagged the issue to an internal team to see if we can avoid such charges for customers in the future.
