Sounds like you have a CDMA Blackberry. You can reactivate it but you need to go to a Kiosk.

Also, regarding Tab vs. Spending cap (as I explained in your other thread), the only sure fire way to see if you qualify for it is to go to a kiosk and have them run a credit check for you.

Personally, I reeeally like the BB Z10, and I'm sure plenty of people agree with me. In terms of improvement over older BB's, it is much much nicer, and I enjoy using it.

I guess perhaps the person who answered the question misunderstood that you wish to reactive your CDMA device on prepaid. You can reach Customer Service at 1-866-99-KOODO (1-866-995-6636) or 647-788-4337. :)

When frustrating, review what you are typing before you post. I've been there as well and now I make sure to review all of my posts before posting.

BlackBerry Z10 is a great phone but the Blackberry Application Store is still missing a lot of apps in my opinion. However, I really like it's OS and it looks awesome.

Just like any phone, you have a 1 year manufacturers warranty. If something break unexpectedly or is defective, just call Koodo and they'll facilitate a replacement / repair. There are only 4 buttons on a Z10, and they're aluminum wrapped in a magnesium alloy, I really wouldn't worry about them breaking. As for the screen all of a sudden cracking, if that actually happened Blackberry will replace or repair the device. If you friend hasn't had it fixed, you should tell him to get that done, this is assuming it actually just happened by itslef (not really sure how that would happen) and it wasn't caused by physical damage.
