Returning defective phone by Purolator

I was recently shipped a refurbished phone to replace one that was deemed defective. In the purolator package was a purolator shipping label and a Koodo Return Authorization label. The instructions in the package indicated where to put the purolator shipping label but not the Koodo Return Authorization. Where do I put that on the package? Does it go on the outside with the Purolator one or on the inside on the bubble wrap?

Does the purolator label have the rma# on it?

I'm not sure what that is...

It ( the koodo return auth.) goes on the outside of the package Kiera. We had gone through this about a month ago ourselves. All worked out fine.

I believe what Chad was referring to was the return mailing address number. So if the Purolator packaging had that on it you would put your phone inside the sleeve that Koodo sent and then put that inside the Purolator packaging. Hope that helps :)
