Returning an Phone Order

Hello,

I ordered a phone from the koodo store on March 2, I sent a email within an hour to webstore@koodomobile.com to cancel my order before it was shipped. It has since shipped and arrived and I've sent 2 more emails to both webstore@koodomobile.com and koodo.webstore@koodomobile.com but have gotten no replies. 

I have also called the webstore phone during store hours and have never been able to speak to a rep due to it being cut to a voicemail (which I have also left) after a few minutes. What is the best way to contact koodo to return this phone which is unopened before the trial period is up?

The webstore phone system apparently automatically does that if no reps is available after a few min which is pretty stupid IMHO for those willing to hold. You need to keep trying and callback until a rep takes the call.

Tue-Fri 3pm-9pm EST.

They will respond to you. As you have sent them email and voicemail, the return date will be recorded from that date. They will send you instruction to return.
