Why not give your return customers a break. Instead of giving new customers who bring an unlocked phone over 10$ off a month.

What do you mean, Nathan? If you have no outstanding Tab, as a returning customer you can certainly benefit from the 10% (not $10) discount...

New customers (actually anyone who does not owe money on the tab) can opt to receive 10% off the price of their monthly plan instead of receiving tab points. They do not get more than $10 off per month unless the base price of their plan is more than $100 per month.

And if you get a phone in the tab Koodo pays for it while you're using your service at 15% of your bill per month for up to two years. Then it's magically erased.
