Return Policy on Cancelled Service?

I ordered a device from the Koodo Online Webstore and the device should be arriving soon. However, I planned on cancelling my service with Koodo right after and paying off my tab along with any prorated charges for the few days of service. My question is regarding the 15-day money back guarantee and warranty policy.

1. If I were to cancel my service before the 15 days are over, would I still be eligible to return my device back to Koodo for a full refund? If not, what are my options?

2. I am given a one year warranty policy with my phone. If I am no longer an active customer with Koodo, how would I go about getting my phone fixed should a problem arise? In my case, I would be talking about a Google Pixel. Would I still be able to go to a Koodo Store to get my phone fixed?

If you purchased it on a tab the price includes an activation credit of $200 so you'll owe that plus the tab and usage.... Probably not the best idea to have purchased the phone from a carrier knowing you were just going to cancel when you received the phone. These Things are in place to avoid ppl doing exactly what you did.
The activation credit assures you will stay with the company for a minimum amount of time which I believe is 3 months

An activation credit is different from a gift. I don't need to pay back the activation credit; it is applied as soon as I purchase and activate the phone/service.

Considering that the top Koodo employees liked my answer I think I have the information correct, you need to stay a koodo customer for 90 days or you will need to pay it back in full
