restart after seasonal stop

I put koodo on seasonal to restart March 31,   I cannot even sign in now

Make sure your using the online self serve and not the app, the app has been shut down and no longer works.

Have you tried resetting your password? Tap the forgot password link on the login page and follow the directions and see if this helps.

Also try deleting your browsers History cookies and cache and then attempt login again.

Did you possibly have an outstanding bill you didn't pay prior to putting your account in hold?

I was told a $5 plus tax would apply while I was away.  I did not hear anything while away, so maybe I
was cut off.

Not sure why 5? 15 would applyand yes you'd have to pay it as normal. However, you should still be able to log in to your self-serve. You'll need to send a private message to Koodo via Facebook Messenger or DM via Twitter or call 611 to get it sorted out.

Hi Dorothy - your line is indeed on seasonal hold, but it appears that you never activated your Self Serve account since signing up last year. 
I just resent you the account validation email - same email as you're using here. Once you receive it, please follow the instructions to set up your account. Once that's complete, you can change your plan right in self serve, from seasonal hold to one of our current in-market plans.
