Resetting my pass word

I just called customer service to reset my password and tried to check my voice mail and when I used it I was told it was the incorrect pass word. I used the one I chose and the voice mail said that I was given a temporary one. I am very frustrated as I know I used the right that I chose and cannot check my messages.

Hey Diana the temp password is your 10 digit mobile phone number then you will be prompted to change it to a new password of your choice
