Request for detailed call log in self-serve

Would be great (and in line with other mobile providers) to have access to detailed call logs via self-serve, without having to wait for eBill.
It's understandable that there will be a delay (other have 4hrs) but better than to wait until the billing cycle ends.
It's not an unreasonable request, seeing how you already make the SMS and data details available via self-serve.

I'm pretty sure they have this already. The third from the left is USAGE when you log in. That's where I think they keep the details.

Actually NO: the only thing I see is the total number of airtime minutes used so far...no call details - which is what I am after.
Take a closer look.

/PS I hope it's not just because this is my first billing cycle :)

My billing cycle just flipped and I haven't used any minutes yet, but will check it out. Are after seeing who you called and when? Is that what you are looking for?

In their self serve BETA version if you click on the circles for usage I do see my call details. Have you tried that folks?

I was following another thread and found the beta site info...it DOES have the call details!

Thanks MD for the suggestion. Yes, indeed you can find this in the BETA version of Self Serve. Once it's fully implemented I'll be sure to mark it here for you.
