I already did that how many times. Everytime I log in it always says " Error cant process your request please tey again later"....im almost 2months a koodo costumer but until now I can't log in to your self service

I am having the same problem. Every time I go to billing with Koodoo App I get the error message. I want to receive a statement and acknowledgement that pre-authorized bill has been paid.

Does it work if you try to login to self serve on a computer?

Also try uninstalling and re-installing the Koodo self serve app

I was just using the app on IPhone put there by Koodo kiosk person. When I plugged phone into computer, Koodo app did not show on my apps. This is how I found this Forum and Self Serve app when searching for Koodo app with IPhone synced to computer.

You should call Koodo in order to see what's wrong with your Self Serve account
