Hi Tomi, do you mean you sent a private message to Koodo's FB or Twitter page? If so be patient they are behind due to a high volume of messages concerning deals Koodo has been offering for the holidays but are working hard to get to everyone. If you haven't sent them a Private message to their FB page or Twitter account then proceed to do so.
