so I seem to have got my phone stolen yesterday, I did suspend my survice through self serve options and am going to hopefully get a phone on Monday, Problem is my tab is already almost maxed out since I only got this phone a few months ago. is there anything that can be done to help me?
No you have to pay your tab off in full at the time of upgrading to a new device unfortunately. You can pay when purchasing the new phone or have the amount added to your next bill.
Another option is to buy a phone second hand that's unlocked or a koodo phone and put it on your account.
Okay, Although I dont want to upgrade I just need a replacement phone so to understand what you are saying I need to pay off my tab before getting a replacement phone or can I just add the cost of the replacement phone to my next bill?and can I still have my old number or will I have to get a new number?
