Your best bet is to head to a local retailer. Barring that if you are interested in Koodo's priority exchange program you would have to call into them.

We can explain how the tab works, and what kind of costs you would be looking at in order to get a phone, but you have to head into the store/call Koodo in order to actually get the device.

What type of phone are you looking at getting?

I live in Baker Lake NUNAVUT, there is no retailer up here. I looking at getting the same as what I have now or newer, as long as it works up here in NUNAVUT. I got the phone from the store at polo park mall in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

Seems like an older CDMA Blackberry...quite possibly the 8530. With that being said, it is very unlikely that is it covered under warranty. Given your geographical location, it might be best to look for the Blackberry 8530 that is compatible on Koodo..on ebay or something.

You can try calling into Koodo to see if they can assist at all, keep in mind the network that the Curve runs on is going to be shut down by Telus within roughly the next year and a half.
