If my battery isn't working well ... can I send an email to get a replacement or do I have to call the 1-866 # and talk to a rep? I would just like to send an email instead of calling in and waiting forever!

You'll likely need to speak to someone directly either at a Koodo store or on the phone.

Try this with your battery

1.Turn your phone on and charge it for 8 hours or more.

2.Unplug the charger..

3.Turn your phone off and charge it for one hour.

4.Unplug the charger.

5.Turn on the phone and wait 2 minutes.

6.Turn your phone off and charge it for one hour.

7.Unplug, turn it on and use as normal. Your battery life should now be a lot better.

And if you do get a new battery make sure to fully drain and fully charge it the first few times you use it. Then if you notice after awhile it lasting not as long do the charge calibration technic above.
