Replacement Phone/Claim

I have a Samsung Galaxy s6 32gig phone and it was pushed into the water by my cat last week.
I have been trying for the past week to get a replacement phone and am getting very frustrated with the process.
I put the phone in rice, took out any removable parts but the phone is toast.
I went to a Koodo kiosk but the reps had no idea what to do to help me. I was given the warranty website with the number to call.
The number didn't work and the website only gave me the same number to call.
I went to another Koodo kiosk and they weren't helpful either.
I used their store phone to call the extended warranty number and spoke with a rep to make my claim. The rep gave me this website which is also not loading.

I am beyond frustrated with Koodo and their customer service, along with any tech support that they have NOT given me. I have been a loyal customer but am so disappointed I'm not sure how much longer I can stay with them. I have been phoneless WAY too long. It should not be such a process.
