Replacement?

I bought an iPhone 5 in less than a year ago and pays $15 per month for this. The battery started to drop and now lasts from fully charged about 4 hours. I don’t browse or being on it all the time. Is this reason to ask for a replacement?

Replacement is not guaranteed. Assuming that you didn't download something that's heavily draining your battery, you'd most likely want to take it to Apple to get the battery replaced.

The Apple Store can run diagnostics on your phone that will test the health of your battery. For more information, check out: https://support.apple.com/en-ca/iphone/repair/battery-power
