removing add-on

I am looking to remove an add-on. Koodo online service won't let me do it as it says changes cannot be made within 14 days of an upgrade. However, it has been over a month since my upgrade, and I am still not able to make changes online.

Extra 500 MB data. But it won't even let me enter the "Manage add ons" or "Change my plan" menus so the problem does not seem to be specific to the particular add-on (same message about 14 days). Thanks!

Sounds like a system glitch. (There have been some problems removing these extra data add-ons in the past)
You'll have to contact Koodo to help you out. I'd just suggest a message via Facebook.

Regarding changes to a monthly plan, it seems that Koodo only allow one change by billing cycle. It explains the 14 days message you encountered.

@David can you pls send us a private message on Facebook? We will help out, unsure why you are getting the error message. 

@Martin, it is true the rate plan changes can only done once per bill cycle any other changer are NOT limited to that though.

Yes, I know you told us YDNKH....just not enough to really help. In the past you referenced you thought this was an error carried over from Telus. Any more details?
