Removing add-on

I currently have the Unlimited International Long Distance UK add on for $20.  I'd like to change this to the $3 option which gives calls for 5c/min.  I've tried to do this online but it won't allow me to remove the add-on..  Has anyone else had this issue?

It says my plan isn't eligible to be changed at this time but as far as I'm aware it's just a pay monthly with this additional add-on.

Did you recently change your plan perhaps? You can only make changes once per billing cycle. If you didn't change your plan or features, your best bet is to contact Koodo using Facebook private messenger and they will be able to change your add-on for you :)

I haven't changed anything since I took the plan out in October.  I'll contact them via FB.  Thanks so much for your help!

I had the same issue. I took a screenshot and uploaded to Facebook chat and they didn't charge me to remove since they saw that I was trying to remove it with the error message. I was trying to remove us long distance on my home phone.

I have the same issue even if I changed my plan more than 1 month ago. I don't have Facebook. How do I get it removed?

In that case you need to call Koodo, dial 611 from your cell phone. You might have to prepare yourself for long wait times...

Marjorie - the only add-on I see on your account is for additional data. You can easily view, add, or remove add-ons, by using this link and clicking "Manage" beside "Add-ons" (note - you will need to login to your self serve account). Let us know if that works.

Yes, this is the add-on I want to remove. When I try, it says: "Your plan is not eligible to be changed at this time."
