I want to be removed from a plan or have koodo no longer connected to my phone as i lost all service and they wont tell me what is owed on the bill because it is under my roommates name. I just want to have my phone working again.

If your roommate is the primary account holder and you don't have account privilege there's nothing that an do. You need to talk to your roommate to get it sorted out. I'm honestly shocked that your roommate wouldn't have figured it out since it's they credit that's gonna be impacted. You can just get service on your own anytime but I'd do my best to do the right thing by sorting it out with your roommate regardless. Especially if you want to keep your number. Then you can separate the line into its own account with the roommate approving it or port out to another provider if you don't want to stay with koodo

Well i have no priviledges cause of some code and the roommate doesnt remember setting up a code. Plus since we started no email or hard copy of the bill has been sent so we are frustrated and i am concerned the bill or account is no cancelled.

Yeah, there is a responsibility to set up your account on Self-serve. The bill notification is usually sent as a text to the account holder, or to the email address of record on the account. The account holder would need to confirm this as part of setting up the self-serve account, so it appears this step was not completed. To get this sorted, the account holder will need to contact Koodo, and speak to a Customer Service Rep.

Just set up your own account, since apparently you roomie has set you adrift! If your roommate is the account holder, you have no access to the account, as your name is not associated with it.
WARNING: you may need to get a new phone if your roommate blacklists your current phone.

For urgent situation, I'd suggest calling them. Yes it would take some time, but if you call in the morning you should be fine!
