Recently moved from monthly to prepaid plans..however I signed in my previous monthly account and found the final bill in minus; -(number) so what is going to happen? Will Koodo transfer this remaining balance to my new prepaid account or what?

Koodo will mail you a cheque in the mail for the negative credit as long as it's more than 5$.
