After activating with Koodo, I mistakenly tried twice to create a self-serve account using the same email address that I provided the Koodo shop when activating. I now realize that I should have first checked my email, as there was a custom link to setup my self-serve account. Now when I look under role management, I see me as the owner and two access requests from me pending. I have not been able to reject or clear the pending request using self-serve with Chrome or Safari. Any ways that I may be able to clear those account requests myself for free?
