Reject rate plan change.

So my husband was recently offered a plan and we were hesitant at first but the rep was so insistent that we decided we would go with it starting on the next billing cycle. Now that we have thought more about it and the billing cycle hasn't begun we decided to cancel before it began. Because if we go with that plan I'm afraid we won't get our current plan back, and we have a very good plan. How do I cancel that change from happening?

You'll have to re contact Koodo to make sure it doesnt get changed before the next billing cycle.

As well, you are right. Once you change plans you wont be able to get an older grandfathered one back, you'll only be able to choose from current plans.

If you got time before the end of your billing cycle I would send a private message to koodo via Facebook or Twitter. If you are near the end if your billing cycle I would call koodo at 611
