We purchaced a Koodo phone last summer while vacationing in Canada last summer. We wish to return to Canada again this summer. How do we reinstate service? Is there a number to call from here in the states? Thank you.
If it's been more than 90 days since your last top up expired, then you'll need to grab a new Koodo Prepaid sim when you get back to Canada. You can visit most Telus Stores or a Koodo Kiosk (and possibly walmart) to get a new sim card and reactivate your service. Chances are however that you'll be assigned a different number then the one you had. The sim cards are 20$ and may or may not come with a 20$ service credit to get you started.
