Registration snag

I'm trying to log in in order to pay my bill. I had to first register, so I did all that, and was then told that the email address I gave was already linked to an account. So they're sending an email to that address, in order for me to give permission to use my email address for my account. So I went to my in-box to reply to the email, but all that was there was an email telling me I was successfully registered, and I should just log in and get going. So I tried to log in, but it tells me my registration is still on hold pending my approval of the email asking for permission to link to my address. But there's no email, except for the one telling me I'm registered. I have two different email addresses, one personal and one business. I've been checking each of them for the last half hour, and there's no sign of any email from Koodo in either inbox, except for the one telling me I'm good to go. What's my next move?

You have now created two instances of an account. You'll need to connect with Koodo to delete the most recent one, so the original takes precedence. Best option might to send a Private message from Koodo's Facebook Page, or a DM to their Twitter account, referencing this post. Or you can call *611, but the wait might be a while.
