registration fail

Hi. I took a prepaid plan yesterday and tried to register it today. The process was OK until I put my prepaid voucher pin and pressed "submit". The finish page would never open. Moreover, I cannot access my account (the system tells it's invalid; I've tried to repeat the registration but SIM# is not submitted anymore).

Are you trying to log into self-serve and it's failing? As well, when you try and activate it again, it says the sim number is invalid? If so, at this point you'd have to call Koodo at 18669956636 and activate it through a rep by explaining the issue. The automatic recording may say you might be charged a fee but you won't for this as long as you explain the situation
