My registration period has expired on my daughter's phone.

Can this email be re-issued. i tried to register but there was a problem with the system

I suggest you call Koodo's Customer Service. There are some common problems with the Self Serve registration. It's free on your Koodo cell - *611. Call in and report the problem and they'll reset the account for you and set it up.

Hi there Laura... As John said, at this point is better to call, Customer Service will send you the Self Serve creation e-mail and you will be able to register this time...
