Registering an Account not Able to??

I activated a monthly plan with koodo and i'm trying to register for an account online and its not directing me to the page to do so? I need to view my bill in order to pay it.. This has been happening for the past week

Hi there,
I'm sorry, I have tried and it says it cannot be displayed.. Is there something wrong with the site? I have been trying for the past week. I'm not sure how Koodo expects me to view and pay my bill. I am a new customer and this has been such a hassle.

You can still pay your bill at the bank.  You don't have to pay your bill online.

Btw I tried using internet explorer on the site as per the suggestion above and still got the same error...looks like Koodo is doing testing and left their QA server active in DNS by accident...

The link I clicked on is the 'Register Now' link circled in the pic from the Koodo site...
