Registered for Self-Serve, "Waiting to be Approved"

I previously was unable to create a self-serve account because I had lost the link sent to my email address. I was provided with one, but had previously tried to create an account manually and am now being given the message, upon logging in, that "You're still waiting to be approved
Looks like this account has already been linked to another email address. You're still waiting for permission from the owner of that email address.". I know of no other email address, and would appreciate having any previous self-serve accounts removed and my being able to start over again. Furthermore, my bill is due today and this is my only method of payment. Thanks!
