Register online it says email is in use

Need your help. I'm a previous Koodo client that has just switched back to Koodo. When I try to register online it says that my email is already in use (previous account). How can I register ?

try signing up with the same password that you previously had or reset your password because it seems that your e-mail remained attached to the older account...go to my profile and change your e-mail to a bogus e-mail , then go back to koodo mobile self serve and register the e-mail one more time for the new account :) hope it helps

If the above doesn't work you'll need to send a private message to Koodo via Facebook Messenger or DM via Twitter to get the account reset to free up your email.
