I registered the wrong email when I opened the account at the store. I didn't get a letter from the register, so I registered with the correct email address Re-Registered .but I got the information that my account has been registered. I can’t use Self Service What can I do?

Hi Kyle,
You would need to contact Koodo directly to ask them for a reset of the account. I would suggest you send message to their facebook to avoid the wait on the phone.
